Wolfberry polysaccharide%model of Blood Deficiency mice%bloodletting%Neosar
目的:观察枸杞多糖对放血和环磷酰胺致血虚模型小鼠血细胞的影响。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺和放血方法复制小鼠血虚模型。将实验小鼠分为6组,每组15只。空白组于第2,4,6,8天腹腔注射生理盐水0.1 mL/10 g;其余各组于第2,4,6,8天腹腔注射环磷酰胺40 mg/kg,第9天每鼠尾部放血0.6 mL/20 g,制作血虚模型;枸杞多糖大、中、小剂量组第1天按10 mL/(kg? d)灌胃枸杞多糖,剂量分别为26.4,13.2和6.6 g/kg,阿胶组第1天按10 mL/(kg? d)灌胃阿胶3 g/kg。实验过程中,每天称1次小鼠的体质量,观察小鼠的精神活动。用药第10天灌胃2 h 后,处死小鼠,摘取眼球取血液,检测红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血小板(Plt)计数。结果枸杞多糖大、中剂量组的 WBC、RBC、Hb和 Plt 值均明显高于模型组(P 均<0.01)。结论枸杞多糖能够升高血虚模型小鼠的 WBC、RB、CHb 和 Plt 的含量。

목적:관찰구기다당대방혈화배린선알치혈허모형소서혈세포적영향。방법채용복강주사배린선알화방혈방법복제소서혈허모형。장실험소서분위6조,매조15지。공백조우제2,4,6,8천복강주사생리염수0.1 mL/10 g;기여각조우제2,4,6,8천복강주사배린선알40 mg/kg,제9천매서미부방혈0.6 mL/20 g,제작혈허모형;구기다당대、중、소제량조제1천안10 mL/(kg? d)관위구기다당,제량분별위26.4,13.2화6.6 g/kg,아효조제1천안10 mL/(kg? d)관위아효3 g/kg。실험과정중,매천칭1차소서적체질량,관찰소서적정신활동。용약제10천관위2 h 후,처사소서,적취안구취혈액,검측홍세포(RBC)、백세포(WBC)、혈홍단백(Hb)급혈소판(Plt)계수。결과구기다당대、중제량조적 WBC、RBC、Hb화 Plt 치균명현고우모형조(P 균<0.01)。결론구기다당능구승고혈허모형소서적 WBC、RB、CHb 화 Plt 적함량。
Objective It is to observe the influence of Wolfberry polysaccharide on the blood cell of the Blood Deficiency mice caused by intraperitoneal injection of Neosar.Methods The model of Blood Deficiency mice by bloodletting and intraper-itoneal injection of Neosar.All the mouse were divided into 6 groups, 15 cases in each groups.Animals in blank control group were treated with physiological saline 0.1mL/10g by intraperitoneal injection on the 2rd, 4th, 6th and 8th day; all the others were treated with cyclophosphane by intraperitoneal injection to on the 2rd, 4th, 6th and 8th day, and bloodletting for 0.6mL/20g form tail on the 9th day for each mouse to established deficiency model.Wolfberry polysaccharide high dose, medium dose, small dose group were treated with Wolfberry polysaccharide by orally on the first day for dose of 26.4, 13.2, 6.6 g/kg respectively, and with donkey -hide gelatin for dose of 3g/kg at the same time .During the experiment, the weighing were weighed and the psychomotility were observed every day.On the 10th day after orally for 2 -hour, the animals were killed and abstracted the eyeball blood to measure RBC, WBC, Hb and Plt.Resul tsThe values of WBC , RBC, Hb and Plt in Wolfberry polysaccharide high dose and medium dose group were markedly increased than that of model group (all P <0.01).Conclu-sionWolfberry polysaccharide can increase the content of WBC, RBC, Hb and Plt.
