目的：比较舒适护理和常规护理对结肠癌术后化疗患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2010年9月—2012年9月结肠癌术后化疗患者38例，根据随机原则平均分配至A、B 2组，分别接受舒适护理干预和常规护理干预。比较2组患者的康复效果。结果 A组患者术后并发症的发生率、SCL－90各因子评分显著低于B组，而对护理质量的满意度显著高于B组，差别均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论不同护理方法对结肠癌术后化疗患者的康复效果不同，舒适护理干预优于常规护理。
목적：비교서괄호리화상규호리대결장암술후화료환자강복효과적영향。방법선취2010년9월—2012년9월결장암술후화료환자38례，근거수궤원칙평균분배지A、B 2조，분별접수서괄호리간예화상규호리간예。비교2조환자적강복효과。결과 A조환자술후병발증적발생솔、SCL－90각인자평분현저저우B조，이대호리질량적만의도현저고우B조，차별균구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론불동호리방법대결장암술후화료환자적강복효과불동，서괄호리간예우우상규호리。
Objective Compare the effect of comfortable nursing and routine nursing care on rehabilitation of patients with chemotherapy after resection of colorectal cancer. Methods From 2010 September to 2012 September we choose 38 colon cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. The patients were equally assigned to A, B groups according to random principle, and they were treated respectively with comfortable nursing and routine nursing. Compare the rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients. Results The incidence of postoperative complications and each factor of SCL-90 scores of patients in group A were significantly lower than group B, and the satisfaction of the quality of nursing was higher than that in B group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of patients who undergo chemotherapy after resection of colorectal cancer with different nursing intervention is different, and comfortable nursing intervention is better than that of routine nursing intervention.
