人才分类培养是我国高等教育的一次重大探索与突破。农业院校在经济管理类本科人才培养上既有优势也面临挑战。本文基于人才分类培养理念，从课程体系、实验课程、实践课程等方面对农业院校经济管理类本科人才培养模式的构建进行了阐述，以提高教学效果和学生竞争力。

Classified talent cultivation is a major exploration and breakthrough of China's higher education. Agricultural universi-ties are faced with both advantages and challenges in the cultiva-tion of economic management undergraduate talents. Based on the concept of classified talent cultivation, this paper elaborates from the curriculum system, experiment course and practice course of the mode for economic management undergraduate tal-ent cultivation in agricultural universities, hoping to improve the teaching effect and students' competitiveness.
