应用型本科院校的产生既是现代大学对原有办学理念和发展路径反思与改革的成果，也是现代大学适应市场经济需要，主动服务于社会发展的展现。本文以陕西某高校（以下简称SGM学院）为例，就应用型本科人才培养的现状与问题进行了剖析。

The advent of applied undergraduate colleges is not only the result of the reflection and reform of the existing educa-tion ideas and development paths of contemporary colleges, but also the demand for contemporary colleges to meet the present e-conomic development and the way of them to serve social devel-opment. Exemplified by a college (hereinafter referred to as SGM College) of Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the current sit-uation and problems of talent cultivation in undergraduate col-leges.
