目的：观察艽龙胶囊联合西药马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良肝胃郁热证的疗效。方法将121例功能性消化不良肝胃郁热证患者随机分为2组，对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上同时口服中成药艽龙胶囊，治疗1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组治愈率51％，总有效率92％；对照组治愈率30％，总有效率80％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P ＜0．01或 P ＜0．05）。结论艽龙胶囊联合西药马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良肝胃郁热证疗效明显优于西药对照组，可较快改善患者临床症状，安全可靠，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰구룡효낭연합서약마래산곡미포정편치료공능성소화불량간위욱열증적료효。방법장121례공능성소화불량간위욱열증환자수궤분위2조，대조조구복마래산곡미포정편치료，치료조재대조조기출상동시구복중성약구룡효낭，치료1개료정후평정료효。결과치료조치유솔51％，총유효솔92％；대조조치유솔30％，총유효솔80％，치료조료효명현우우대조조（P ＜0．01혹 P ＜0．05）。결론구룡효낭연합서약마래산곡미포정편치료공능성소화불량간위욱열증료효명현우우서약대조조，가교쾌개선환자림상증상，안전가고，치득림상추엄。
O bjective It is to observe the curative effects of Jiaolong capsule combined with trimebutine maleate tablets on stagnated heat of the liver and stomach induced by functional dyspepsia.Methods 121 cases of patients with stagnated heat of the liver and stomach caused by functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The cases in control group were treated with trimebutine maleate tablets orally, while the cases in treatment group were treated with Jia-olong capsule orally as well as above treatment in the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated after a course of treatment.Results The cure rate and total clinical effective rate of treatment group were 51% and 92%.The cure rate and total clinical effective rate of control group were 30% and 80%.The curative effects of treatment group were sig-nificantly better than that of control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Jiaolong capsule combined with trimebutine maleate tablets on stagnated heat of the liver and stomach induced by functional dyspepsia were sig-nificantly better than that of control group.It can improve patient’s clinical symptoms quickly and safely, and be worth expan-ding in clinic.
