中高职教育衔接是中高职院校以构建现代职业教育体系为目标,以就业为导向,以校企合作为依托,在专业设置、目标定位、课程和教学建设与改革等人才培养的全过程中,紧紧围绕区域产业的发展,整体设计中高职人才一体培养的规格、梯次和路径,促进中高职教育层层交递,螺旋融合,协调发展,系统培养适应经济社会发展需求的中高端技能型人才。目前中高职教育衔接的主要问题是:学制安排过渡性不强,专业规划系统性不足,目标设定梯次性隐晦,课程体系层递性缺乏,教学项目层续性欠佳。为此必须适应社会转型,交融编排学制;对接区域产业,统筹规划专业;面向职业岗群,梯次设定目标;对接职业标准,层递开发课程;对接生产过程,层续分解教学。

The link between the secondary and higher vocational education is that oriented on the modern vocational education system, guided by the employment, Supported by school enterprise united, in the course of the talent training, secondary and higher vocational school wholly design the specification , echelon, structural and route of the integrated talent training to make each other deliver by hand, cylindrical fusion and harmonious development. The main problem of which is that educational system absences transition, professional planning is not systematical, object arrangement is obscurity in echelon, curriculum system lacks of graduation and the continuation of teaching project is poor. In view of those, the education system should be blending arranged to adapt to the social transformation, the profession should be overall planning to meet the region industry, the object should be set in echelon for facing the vocational post, the curriculum should be graduation development to meet the vocation standard and the teaching should be continued in layer to meet the production process.
