以MSP430单片机为核心,结合红外线器件设计构造出一套简易的红外线通信系统。该系统将语音信号和单片机串口发送的温度信号,经过通用锁相环电路音调译码芯片LM567调制,并转换为脉冲信号,之后通过红外线光敏二极管发出。接收部分中,红外接收管接收到发射端微弱信号,经放大电路进行放大,然后送入解调电路进行解调,其中信号经低通滤波后送入音频放大电路。信号经高通滤波并整形后,送至单片机进行数据处理并显示,从而实现了红外信号传输。

This paper takes MSP430 microcontroller as the core, combined with the infrared device design to construct a set of simple infrared communication system. The temperature signal and the microcontroller serial port, through the general PLL circuit tone decoding chip LM567 modulation, and converted into a pulse signal, then through infrared photosensitive diode issued. The receiving section, the infrared receiving tube receives the transmitted signal, the amplifier, and then into the demodulation circuit for demodulation, the signal through the low pass filtered into the audio amplifier circuit. Signal by high pass filtering and shaping, sent to the single chip microcomputer for data processing and display, so as to realize the infrared signal transmission.
