本文以桂峰村为例，分析了传统村落的空心化现象与危害：空心化加速了传统民居的损坏，制约着村落环境的改善，造成土地与文化资源的浪费。剖析了传统村落空心化的成因：农业低收益率是根本原因，城镇就业机会是外部拉力，管理不当是直接诱因。针对传统村落的空心化，提出了激活（activation）、蜕变（metamorphosis）、转型（transformation）、重生（rebirth）规划设计策略（AMTR）。激活——重塑产业，激活发展引擎；蜕变——整治美化村貌，实现村落蜕变；转型——推动功能转型；重生——探寻新型发展道路，实现传统村落重生。

The traditional vil ages hol owing out phenomenon and its harm are analyzed based on GuiFeng vil age as an example in this paper. Transformation-promoting vil age comprehensive transformation. Rebirth-exploring a new path of development, achieve rebirth.
