调查显示:中职师生冲突具有普遍性,课堂纪律的好坏是引起师生冲突的主要原因,冲突给师生双方带来强烈的消极情绪,教师的解决方式与学生期望的有差异。因此,中职教师应主动改变传统的教学模式和解决冲突的方式,中职学校应加强对学生的心理辅导,中职学校应积极构建健康和谐的校园文化。

조사현시:중직사생충돌구유보편성,과당기률적호배시인기사생충돌적주요원인,충돌급사생쌍방대래강렬적소겁정서,교사적해결방식여학생기망적유차이。인차,중직교사응주동개변전통적교학모식화해결충돌적방식,중직학교응가강대학생적심리보도,중직학교응적겁구건건강화해적교완문화。
The paper performs a survey on the conflicts between teachers and students in class in secondary vocational schools. Data shows that the conflict has a universal character and cause is the discipline in class and the conflict has brought a strong negative impact on both teachers and students. Meanwhile, the teacher’s solution to the conflict could not meet students’expectation, which aggravates tension between teachers and students. The paper proposes that teachers should change their traditional teaching model and their management methods, and at the same time the school should strengthen psychological instruction to students to construct a harmonious campus.
