研究采用问卷法,随机抽取天津市四所综合性高职院校的500名学生进行了学习倦怠和学习动机的问卷调查,并探讨了天津市高职生学习倦怠和学习动机的现状及其之间的相互关系。结果显示:天津市高职生学习倦怠水平处于中等偏下程度;学习动机水平处于中等偏上程度;男生在学习动机总水平上显著高于女生;农村学生在学习动机总水平上显著高于城市学生;从年级差异上看,大二学生的学习倦怠程度最高、学习动机程度最低,大一学生学习倦怠程度最低、学习动机程度最高;学习倦怠与学习动机各个维度之间均存在极显著性相关;求知兴趣、能力追求和声誉获取分别是情绪低落、行为不当和成就感低的有效预测变量。

The paper adopts questionnaire to investigate 500 vocational college students in four vocational colleges of Tianjin about learning motivation and learning burnout and discusses the relationship between learning motivation and learning burnout. Data shows that the learning burnout level of vocational students lies in the lower middle degree while the learning motivation level in upper middle degree;the learning motivation level of boy students is obviously higher than that of girl students;the learning motivation level of the students from the countryside is greatly higher than that of the stu-dents from the city;the learning burnout degree in the students of Grade Two is highest but their learning motivation de-gree is the lowest while on the contrary for the students of Grade One;learning burnout has an extreme positive correlation with learning motivation;interest of seeking knowledge, ability improvement and obtaining fame has a close relationship with students’impressive mood, wrongly-doing activities and lower sense of achievement.
