针对目前高职教师对实施绩效工资制度满意度较低的现状,从经济学和管理学视角,分析了构建绩效工资制度的理论基础,阐释了英国、美国、澳大利亚等国家教师绩效工资制度的实施历程,确认我国高职教师对实施绩效工资制度的争议主要集中在绩效考核的可靠性、绩效工资的公正性与激励性以及对基础工资的依赖性等方面。国内外高职教师绩效工资制度均在争议中实施,表现出高职院校绩效工资分配权逐步加大、高职教师职务终身制度逐步打破、教师薪酬管理趋向以人为本、教师绩效考核趋向科学严谨、绩效工资改革满意度逐步提升等。
針對目前高職教師對實施績效工資製度滿意度較低的現狀,從經濟學和管理學視角,分析瞭構建績效工資製度的理論基礎,闡釋瞭英國、美國、澳大利亞等國傢教師績效工資製度的實施歷程,確認我國高職教師對實施績效工資製度的爭議主要集中在績效攷覈的可靠性、績效工資的公正性與激勵性以及對基礎工資的依賴性等方麵。國內外高職教師績效工資製度均在爭議中實施,錶現齣高職院校績效工資分配權逐步加大、高職教師職務終身製度逐步打破、教師薪酬管理趨嚮以人為本、教師績效攷覈趨嚮科學嚴謹、績效工資改革滿意度逐步提升等。

Confronting with the current situation that the teachers in vocational colleges are not satisfied with the imple-mented performance salary system, the paper, from the perspective of economics and management, analyzes the theoretical basis of establishing performance salary system, interprets the implementing process of the teacher’s performance salary system in Britain, the United States and Australia and confirms that vocational teachers' dispute mainly focuses on the fea-sibility of performance appraisal, the impartiality of the performance pay, the incentive and dependence on base salary in China. The teachers' performance salary system in vocational colleges is advancing in the dispute at home and abroad and shows the tendency that vocational colleges’performance salary distribution is gradually strengthened, the system of teachers staying lifelong in one position is gradually abandoned and teachers' salary management tends to be people-ori-ented.
