目的：对巨颌症的临床病理特点进行研究分析。方法对1例巨颌症标本进行常规石蜡切片、HE染色、光镜观察。结果镜下见增生的纤维性组织代替了正常骨组织，纤维呈纵横交叉排列，多量多核巨细胞散在于纤维组织之间或围绕在血管周围。结论巨颌症是一种少见的良性病变，该病的诊断主要依靠组织病理学、临床表现及影像学检查。
목적：대거합증적림상병리특점진행연구분석。방법대1례거합증표본진행상규석사절편、HE염색、광경관찰。결과경하견증생적섬유성조직대체료정상골조직，섬유정종횡교차배렬，다량다핵거세포산재우섬유조직지간혹위요재혈관주위。결론거합증시일충소견적량성병변，해병적진단주요의고조직병이학、림상표현급영상학검사。
Objective To study the clinicopathological features of cherubisms. Methods 1 case of cherubisms was studied by parafifn slices, HE staining and observed under microscopy.ResultsThe ifbrous tissues insteaded of the normal bone tissues. The ifbrous tissues were horizontally crossing. Many multinucleated giant cells scattered in the ifbrous tissues or around blood vessels.Conclusion Cherubism is a rare benign lesion. The diagnosis mainly depends on histopathology, clinical manifestation and imaging examination.
