厚料层烧结具有节能和改善烧结矿质量的优势,是当前烧结技术、设备发展的重要方向。随着烧结机大型化、厚料层烧结技术的发展,对料层横、纵向上物料的分布状态已经得到了烧结工作者的关注。对京唐大型烧结机800 mm厚料层进行了物料分区测定研究。发现当前京唐烧结两台机物料粒度偏析过小,四层物料的粒径差异不足1 mm,偏析较弱一定程度上不利于发挥厚料层的优势;从成分偏析看,1#机物料碱度和碳含量的偏析均单调;2#机碱度偏析不单调,但碳含量偏析较适宜。
厚料層燒結具有節能和改善燒結礦質量的優勢,是噹前燒結技術、設備髮展的重要方嚮。隨著燒結機大型化、厚料層燒結技術的髮展,對料層橫、縱嚮上物料的分佈狀態已經得到瞭燒結工作者的關註。對京唐大型燒結機800 mm厚料層進行瞭物料分區測定研究。髮現噹前京唐燒結兩檯機物料粒度偏析過小,四層物料的粒徑差異不足1 mm,偏析較弱一定程度上不利于髮揮厚料層的優勢;從成分偏析看,1#機物料堿度和碳含量的偏析均單調;2#機堿度偏析不單調,但碳含量偏析較適宜。

Sintering with thick materials layer has superiorities in energy saving and improving sinter quality, and it is the important direction for development of sintering technique and equipment.Along with the sinte-ring machine being larger and larger, and the developing trend in thick materials layer sintering technique, the distribution of materials along the longitudinal or horizontal direction in charge layer has been got attention from the sintering workers.The materials partition of 800 mm thick charge layer of large-scale sintering ma-chine of Jingtang is determined and researched.It is found that the present segregation of grain size of materi-als of two sintering machines of Jingtang is too small, the difference of grain size of four layers of materials is smaller than 1 mm, but the weak segregation do not helps to exploit the advantages of the thick charge lay-er;in the angle of composition segregation, the segregation of basicity and carbon content of 1#machine ap-pears monotonous, the segregation of basicity of 2#machine not monotonous but the carbon content segrega-tion suitable.
