为小黑药的进一步开发利用提供科学依据,进行了小黑药对小鼠急性毒性、精子畸形及 SD 大鼠30 d 喂养试验。结果表明:小黑药对小鼠的最大耐受剂量(MTD)大于18 g/kg,属无毒级;对小鼠精子未产生畸变作用;SD 大鼠的体重增加和食物利用率、血常规、肝肾功能、主要脏器系数等与对照组间差异均不显著,主要脏器病理检查未见异常。
為小黑藥的進一步開髮利用提供科學依據,進行瞭小黑藥對小鼠急性毒性、精子畸形及 SD 大鼠30 d 餵養試驗。結果錶明:小黑藥對小鼠的最大耐受劑量(MTD)大于18 g/kg,屬無毒級;對小鼠精子未產生畸變作用;SD 大鼠的體重增加和食物利用率、血常規、肝腎功能、主要髒器繫數等與對照組間差異均不顯著,主要髒器病理檢查未見異常。
위소흑약적진일보개발이용제공과학의거,진행료소흑약대소서급성독성、정자기형급 SD 대서30 d 위양시험。결과표명:소흑약대소서적최대내수제량(MTD)대우18 g/kg,속무독급;대소서정자미산생기변작용;SD 대서적체중증가화식물이용솔、혈상규、간신공능、주요장기계수등여대조조간차이균불현저,주요장기병리검사미견이상。
To provide the scientific basis for deep development and utilization of S.astrantiifolia,the tests about mouse acute toxicity,sperm shape abnormality and 30-day feeding experiment were conducted. Results:MTD in mouse acute toxicity was higher than 18 g/kg(non-poisonous).S.astrantiifolia had no aberration effects on the mice sperm; the weight increment, food utilization rate, blood routine examination,hepatorenal function and main organ coefficients of SD rats had no significant distance with the control,and nothing abnormal detected in main organ pathological examination.
