为明确山苍籽油和茶皂素对茶炭疽病病原的活性,采用菌丝生长速率法、Horsfall 方法和共毒系数法测定了山苍籽油、茶皂素及其混剂对茶炭疽病菌的室内毒力、两成分混用的增效配比以及共毒系数。结果表明:处理后96 h,山苍籽油和茶皂素对茶树炭疽病菌的 EC50分别为(142.79±0.51)mg/L 和(1129±8.58)mg/L;山苍籽油和茶皂素 EC50体积比为8∶2、6∶4、3∶7和2∶8时对菌丝生长的校正毒力比均明显大于1,且8∶2和3∶7的共毒系数大于120而表现增效作用。

The indoor toxicity of L.cubeba oil,tea saponin and their mixture against G.theae-sinensis ,and co-toxicity coefficient of Litsea Cubeba oil and tea saponin with different mixture ratio were determined by mycelium growth rate method,Horsfall method and co-toxicity coefficient method.EC50 of L.cubeba oil and tea saponin against G.theae-sinensis is (142.79±0.51)mg/L and (1129±8.58)mg/L after 96h respectively.The collected toxicity ratio of L.cubeba oil and tea saponin mixtures with 8∶2,6∶4,3∶7 and 2∶8 volume ratio based on their EC50 against mycelial growth is more than 1 obviously.The co-toxicity coefficient of mixtures with 8∶2 and 3∶7 volume ratio is more than 120,which indicates that these mixtures performance the synergistic effect.
