为了解贵阳市乌当区太子参和种植土壤中 K、P、S 等14种元素的含量,以及元素对太子参道地性的影响,同时为乌当区发展太子参产业提供参考,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱和离子体质谱对太子参及其种植地土壤中14种元素含量进行测定分析。结果表明:乌当区太子参中元素含量高低顺序为 K>P>S>Ca>Mg>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Co>Mo>Sn,且对 Ca、P 和 S 元素具有明显的富集作用;种植土壤中元素含量高低顺序为 Fe>K>Mg>Mn>P>Ca>Na>S>Zn>Ni>Cu>Co>Mo>Sn,且对 Fe、Mn、P、S、Co、Ni、Cu、Mo 和 Sn 具有一定的富集性。种植土壤与太子参中 Na太子参- Na土、Ca太子参- Ca土、Mg太子参-Ca土呈显著正相关,Zn太子参- Fe土、Mn太子参- Ca土、K太子参- Na土、Ca太子参- K土、Na太子参- Co土、Na太子参-Ni土和 Na太子参-Cu土呈显著负相关。乌当区太子参道地性与道地产区江苏句容和引种区贵州施秉的较为接近或略有优势。
為瞭解貴暘市烏噹區太子參和種植土壤中 K、P、S 等14種元素的含量,以及元素對太子參道地性的影響,同時為烏噹區髮展太子參產業提供參攷,利用電感耦閤等離子體髮射光譜和離子體質譜對太子參及其種植地土壤中14種元素含量進行測定分析。結果錶明:烏噹區太子參中元素含量高低順序為 K>P>S>Ca>Mg>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Co>Mo>Sn,且對 Ca、P 和 S 元素具有明顯的富集作用;種植土壤中元素含量高低順序為 Fe>K>Mg>Mn>P>Ca>Na>S>Zn>Ni>Cu>Co>Mo>Sn,且對 Fe、Mn、P、S、Co、Ni、Cu、Mo 和 Sn 具有一定的富集性。種植土壤與太子參中 Na太子參- Na土、Ca太子參- Ca土、Mg太子參-Ca土呈顯著正相關,Zn太子參- Fe土、Mn太子參- Ca土、K太子參- Na土、Ca太子參- K土、Na太子參- Co土、Na太子參-Ni土和 Na太子參-Cu土呈顯著負相關。烏噹區太子參道地性與道地產區江囌句容和引種區貴州施秉的較為接近或略有優勢。
위료해귀양시오당구태자삼화충식토양중 K、P、S 등14충원소적함량,이급원소대태자삼도지성적영향,동시위오당구발전태자삼산업제공삼고,이용전감우합등리자체발사광보화리자체질보대태자삼급기충식지토양중14충원소함량진행측정분석。결과표명:오당구태자삼중원소함량고저순서위 K>P>S>Ca>Mg>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Co>Mo>Sn,차대 Ca、P 화 S 원소구유명현적부집작용;충식토양중원소함량고저순서위 Fe>K>Mg>Mn>P>Ca>Na>S>Zn>Ni>Cu>Co>Mo>Sn,차대 Fe、Mn、P、S、Co、Ni、Cu、Mo 화 Sn 구유일정적부집성。충식토양여태자삼중 Na태자삼- Na토、Ca태자삼- Ca토、Mg태자삼-Ca토정현저정상관,Zn태자삼- Fe토、Mn태자삼- Ca토、K태자삼- Na토、Ca태자삼- K토、Na태자삼- Co토、Na태자삼-Ni토화 Na태자삼-Cu토정현저부상관。오당구태자삼도지성여도지산구강소구용화인충구귀주시병적교위접근혹략유우세。
To understand the 14 elements contents in P .heterophylla and planting soil in Wudang District of Guiyang and the effects on the genuineness of herbs in P .heterophylla,and provide a reference for developing P .heterophylla industry,the 14 elements contents in P .heterophylla and planting soil were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Results:The contents in P .heterophylla followed the sequence of K > P > S > Ca > Mg > Na > Fe > Zn > Cu > Ni > Co > Mo > Sn,and P . heterophylla had an obvious enrichment effect to Ca,P and S.The contents in the planting soil was Fe>K>Mg>Mn> P> Ca> Na> S> Zn> Ni> Cu> Co> Mo> Sn,and the soil had an enrichment to the element of Fe,Mn,P,S,Co,Ni,Cu,Mo and Sn.There was a positive significant correlation of the element of Na,Ca and Mg in P .heterophylla separately with Na,Ca and Ca in the soil,and a negative significant correlation of the element of Zn,Mn,K,Ca,Na,Na and Na in P .heterophylla separately with Fe,Ca,Na, K,Co,Ni and Cu in the soil.There was approached or a little better that the genuineness of herbs of P. heterophylla in Wudang District where was inducing to planting compared with the genuine producing area of Jurong in Jiangsu and the introduced area of Shibing Guizhou.
