为探明龙胆属植物种间亲缘关系,采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直凝胶电泳技术,对龙胆属红花龙胆Gentiana rhodantha 、草甸龙胆 G.praticola、翼萼龙胆 G.pterocalyx、滇龙胆 G.rigescens 和头花龙胆 G . cephalantha 的过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶同工酶(SOD)和淀粉酶同工酶(AMY)的酶谱和亲缘关系进行比较。结果显示:1)5种龙胆属植物的3种同工酶共显示29条酶带,其酶带数和相对迁移率不同,酶活性也存在差异;2)红花龙胆与翼萼龙胆的亲缘关系较近,滇龙胆与头花龙胆的亲缘关系也较近。5种龙胆的聚类分析结果与形态分类结果一致。

The POD, SOD and AMY zymogram and genetic relationship of G.rhodantha,G. praticola,G.pterocalyx,G.rigescens and G.cephalantha were analyzed and compared by polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis to study the genetic relationship among five different species in Gentiana.The results showed that:1)there are 29 enzyme bands in POD,SOD and AMY isozymes of five species in Gentiana,and there are differences in their enzymatic activity because of different enzyme bands and relative mobility;2)The genetic relationship between G.rhodantha and G.pterocalyx is close,and the genetic relationship between G.rigescens and G.cephalantha is close also.The clustering analysis of five species in Gentiana is not different with their morphological classification results.
