花发育是高等植物生长发育过程中非常重要的事件之一。为了解花发育的分之机制,阐述了花器官决定同源异型基因作用模型的产生和发展过程,如经典的花发育 ABC 模型、随后发展起来的 ABCD、ABCDE 和四聚体模型,综述了花器官发育分子模型同源基因的调控机理等方面的研究成果,并展望了研究方向。
花髮育是高等植物生長髮育過程中非常重要的事件之一。為瞭解花髮育的分之機製,闡述瞭花器官決定同源異型基因作用模型的產生和髮展過程,如經典的花髮育 ABC 模型、隨後髮展起來的 ABCD、ABCDE 和四聚體模型,綜述瞭花器官髮育分子模型同源基因的調控機理等方麵的研究成果,併展望瞭研究方嚮。

Flower development is a very important event in the development of higher plant.In order to explore the molecular mechanism of flower development,The emergence and development process of gene function model was reviewed,as the progress in flower developmental genetics,the classical ABC model expanded to the ABCD model,the genetic ABCDE model of floral organ development and the quartet model.In this review,the molecular regulation of homeotic genes was summarized and the prospects in this filed were discussed.
