为揭示烟草光受体基因 NtphyB 在烤烟中的作用,研究 NtphyB 超表达植株及 RNAi 的K326多个株系生物学特性及次生代谢物。结果表明:NtphyB 的超表达降低了株高,比对照平均矮9.3 cm,茎围比对照平均增加了0.27 cm,同时改善了净光合速率和气孔导度。次生代谢产物中,生物碱、总多酚、绿原酸和芸香苷的含量与 NtphyB 基因表达水平的趋势一致。表明,改变 NtphyB 表达水平有助于改善烟草品质。
為揭示煙草光受體基因 NtphyB 在烤煙中的作用,研究 NtphyB 超錶達植株及 RNAi 的K326多箇株繫生物學特性及次生代謝物。結果錶明:NtphyB 的超錶達降低瞭株高,比對照平均矮9.3 cm,莖圍比對照平均增加瞭0.27 cm,同時改善瞭淨光閤速率和氣孔導度。次生代謝產物中,生物堿、總多酚、綠原痠和蕓香苷的含量與 NtphyB 基因錶達水平的趨勢一緻。錶明,改變 NtphyB 錶達水平有助于改善煙草品質。
위게시연초광수체기인 NtphyB 재고연중적작용,연구 NtphyB 초표체식주급 RNAi 적K326다개주계생물학특성급차생대사물。결과표명:NtphyB 적초표체강저료주고,비대조평균왜9.3 cm,경위비대조평균증가료0.27 cm,동시개선료정광합속솔화기공도도。차생대사산물중,생물감、총다분、록원산화예향감적함량여 NtphyB 기인표체수평적추세일치。표명,개변 NtphyB 표체수평유조우개선연초품질。
In order to reveal the effects of NtphyB gene on cured tobacco,multiple K326 strains of NtphyB over-expressed or RNAi were researched about the biological characteristics and secondary metabolites.Results showed that NtphyB over expression reduced the height,which was shorter than the control by 9.3 cm,the girth increased by 0.27 cm compared with the control on average and the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were improved as well.Among secondary metabolites,the contents of alkaloids,total polyphenols,chlorogenic acid and rutin were consistent with the NtphyB expression level.The preliminary study indicatedthat changing of expression levels of NtphyB could improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
