采用高效液相色谱法对鲜枣中维生素C进行了分析研究,经过一系列的实验条件摸索,最终确定以纯水为流动相,流动相的流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长267nm,温度30℃为鲜枣中维生素C的最佳分析条件。此条件下峰形好,峰面积大,标准溶液浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数R2=0.9994。所建立的方法简单、快速、准确度高,适用于鲜枣中维生素C含量的测定。

High performance liquid chromatography was performed to research vitamin C in the fresh jujubes. The best analysis conditions were:0.8mL/min Ultra-pure water was taken as flowing phase, and the ultraviolet examination wave length was at 267nm, the column temperature at 30℃. Through the experimental data, the good linear relationship was established to get the correlation coefficient R2=0.9994. The method established was simple, fast and accurate, and was suitable to analyze vitamin C in the fresh jujubes.
