为了有效控制空间相机电子系统各个模块以及整机的的电气技术状态,降低系统直接上电带来的潜在故障风险,提出了系统上电测试前的电接口静态测试方法。方法:首先,对空间相机电接口进行了定义和分类,给出了常见空间相机电接口的测试方法,论述了空间相机电接口静态测试在确定相机状态预防潜在上电风险的有效性,同时建立了数字万用表的电阻档测试模型,讨论了不同电路在万用表测电阻中的特性和注意事项。结果:实验结果表明在空间相机上电测试前进行电接口的静态测试,在元器件单点失效的情况下,该方法能够有效地确认电接口静态技术状态,降低相机上电测试的安全风险。

In order to effectively ensure the electrical characteristics of electrical systems and subsystems of space camera and reduce the potential risks of power on, the method for static test of electrical interface before systems power on was proposed.Firstly, the electrical interface of space camera was defined and classified, and the com-mon test methods for electrical interface of space camera were proposed.Secondly, the effectiveness of the proposed test method for identifying the electrical characteristic of system and reducing the potential risks of power on were discussed.Finally, the resistance test model of digital multimeter was set up, the behaviors and notes using digital multimeter to test the different circuit networks’ resistance were analyzed.The experimental results show that, in a single point failure case, the static test for electrical interface of space camera before system and subsystem power on can effectively identify the electrical interface characteristic and reduce the risks of system power on.
