基于热示踪法的流量计可以较好对低产液流量进行测量,针对实验室已研制出的热示踪流量计仪器的测量误差产生原因进行系统分析,首先对热示踪流量测量原理及仪器结构进行了介绍,然后依托所开发样机,在油田实际标准井中对3~30 m3/d的低产液流量范围进行实验测试。实验结果表明,在下限流量段时,对流换热对测量结果影响较大,所引起的误差可使实际测量值高于标准流量值;而在上限流量段时,对流换热影响较小,其测量误差主要由系统响应误差引起,该误差可使实际测量值低于标准流量值。通过对测量误差产生原因进行详细分析,为实际测试资料的准确解释与评价奠定基础。

Based on the heat tracer flowmeter, the low-yielding liquid flow can be measured more accurately.In this pa-per, the measurement error of the heat tracer flowmeter which has been developed in the laboratory is analyzed.At first, the principle and structure of the heat tracer flow measurement is introduced.Relying on the development of the experi-mental prototype, in the standard well, experimental test is run for the low-yielding liquid flow range 3-30 m3/d.Re-sults show that, in the minimum flow section, the convection has great effect on the measurement results and the error caused by the convection makes the actual measured value is higher than the standard flow value.While, in the upper flow section, the convection heat transfer effect is smaller, the measurement error is mainly caused by the response of the system error and the actual measured value is lower than the standard flow value.By analyzing the causes of measure-ment error, the foundation of the accurate interpretation and evaluation of the actual test data is laid.
