目的：了解2007~2012年安徽省全科医生配置公平性状及发展趋势。方法：采用洛伦兹曲线与基尼系数对2007~2012年安徽省全科医生按人口及地理分布的公平性进行分析,利用泰尔指数对地域间配置的差异性进行评价。结果：安徽省全科医生按人口分布的基尼系数由0.425下降到0.216,按地理分布的基尼系数由0.501下降到0.326,泰尔指数总差异由0.2142下降到0.0801。结论：现有全科医生资源总体配置合理,按人口分布公平性优于按地理分布公平性,配置公平性呈现改善趋势。

Objective:To analyze the current situation and trend of equity allocation of general practitioners in Anhui province from 2007 to 2012. Methods:The Lorenz curves and Gini coefficient were used to analyze the equity of population and geographical distribution of general practitioners from 2007 to 2012. The Theil index was used to evaluate the differences of interregional allocation. Results:The Gini coefficient dropped from 0. 425 to 0. 216 according to the population distribution,and the Gini coefficient dropped from 0. 501 to 0. 326 according to the geographical distribution. The total difference of Theil index dropped from 0. 214 2 to 0. 080 1. Conclusions:The currently existing allocation of general practitioners in Anhui province is reasonable;and the equity of population distribution is better than that of geographic distribution. The allocation shows a trend of improvement.
