目的：探讨脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症的原因、治疗及预防措施。方法：对75例脑积水患者脑室-腹腔分流术的手术方法、预后及并发症情况进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈43例，分流管阻塞16例，感染13例，过度引流2例，肠穿孔1例。结论：脑室-腹腔分流术应严格消毒，无菌、规范操作，术后密切观察患者并发症的发生并及时、正确处理，对腹腔端分流管反复包裹的患者可改行侧脑室-脐-门静脉分流术，以提高手术疗效。
목적：탐토뇌실-복강분류술후병발증적원인、치료급예방조시。방법：대75례뇌적수환자뇌실-복강분류술적수술방법、예후급병발증정황진행회고성분석。결과：치유43례，분류관조새16례，감염13례，과도인류2례，장천공1례。결론：뇌실-복강분류술응엄격소독，무균、규범조작，술후밀절관찰환자병발증적발생병급시、정학처리，대복강단분류관반복포과적환자가개행측뇌실-제-문정맥분류술，이제고수술료효。
Objective:To explore the causes,treatment and prevention of the complications after ventriculoperitoneal shunt. Methods:The surgical procedure, prognosis and complication of 75 patients who had accepted ventriculopefitoneal shunt were retrospectively reviewed. Results:Complete recovery was observed in 43 cases,duct block in 16 cases,infection in 13 cases,excessive shunt in 2 cases and bowel perforation in 1 case. Conclusions:Strict disinfection, aseptic and normative operation, meticulous observation and timely management of the complications in patients having received ventriculopefitoneal shunt are essential in improving the clinical efficacy;it is suggested that patients whose drainage tube are repeatedly blocked resort to ventricle-umbilicus-portal vein shunt.
