结合现有高速铁路无砟岔枕生产工艺技术,针对高速无砟岔枕精度高,批次数量多等带来的质量控制难的问题,在工艺研究及应用过程中,总结出高速无砟岔枕施工过程的质量控制流程,并详细阐述高速无砟岔枕在生产过程中桁架钢筋焊接、活底模具使用、高性能混凝土生产与浇筑、预应力钢筋张拉及缓慢放张等关键工序的质量控制要点,提出具体的控制措施和实用方案。同时,对高速无砟岔枕表面印痕不清、号牌位置破损、端头分隔板歪斜等易出现的质量缺陷,提出改进工艺,并在实践中得到应用。
結閤現有高速鐵路無砟岔枕生產工藝技術,針對高速無砟岔枕精度高,批次數量多等帶來的質量控製難的問題,在工藝研究及應用過程中,總結齣高速無砟岔枕施工過程的質量控製流程,併詳細闡述高速無砟岔枕在生產過程中桁架鋼觔銲接、活底模具使用、高性能混凝土生產與澆築、預應力鋼觔張拉及緩慢放張等關鍵工序的質量控製要點,提齣具體的控製措施和實用方案。同時,對高速無砟岔枕錶麵印痕不清、號牌位置破損、耑頭分隔闆歪斜等易齣現的質量缺陷,提齣改進工藝,併在實踐中得到應用。

With reference to the production technologies of existing high-speed rail ballastness turnout sleeper, and in view of the problems on account of high precision and batch quantity related to quality control, this paper addresses the quality control process in the production of high-speed rail turnout sleeper, focusing on the important quality control points such as truss steel welding, use of live bottom formwork, manufacturing and casting of high performance concrete, prestressed tension and slow tension-releasing, and specific control measures and practical schemes are introduced. Meanwhile, in order to solve such frequent quality defects, as surface marking, license plate location damaging and end separation plate position skewing, new process improvements are proposed and applied in practice.
