目的：通过对254例药品相关医疗纠纷发生的原因进行分析，归纳其特点，探讨如何制定有效的防范措施，减少医疗纠纷的发生。方法：对医院2011年-2013年全部医疗纠纷（包括投诉）资料进行回顾性整理分析。结果：3年间药品相关医疗纠纷发生的原因依次是医师不合理用药、患方原因、药学部原因、费用问题、护理服务等原因。结论：通过加强用药教育，规范医师处方行为，合理用药，加强药事管理，增加便民措施，提高患者满意度，加强药物不良反应的监测与管理以及医保政策的理解和执行，能够有效减少药品相关医疗纠纷的发生。
目的：通過對254例藥品相關醫療糾紛髮生的原因進行分析，歸納其特點，探討如何製定有效的防範措施，減少醫療糾紛的髮生。方法：對醫院2011年-2013年全部醫療糾紛（包括投訴）資料進行迴顧性整理分析。結果：3年間藥品相關醫療糾紛髮生的原因依次是醫師不閤理用藥、患方原因、藥學部原因、費用問題、護理服務等原因。結論：通過加彊用藥教育，規範醫師處方行為，閤理用藥，加彊藥事管理，增加便民措施，提高患者滿意度，加彊藥物不良反應的鑑測與管理以及醫保政策的理解和執行，能夠有效減少藥品相關醫療糾紛的髮生。
목적：통과대254례약품상관의료규분발생적원인진행분석，귀납기특점，탐토여하제정유효적방범조시，감소의료규분적발생。방법：대의원2011년-2013년전부의료규분（포괄투소）자료진행회고성정리분석。결과：3년간약품상관의료규분발생적원인의차시의사불합리용약、환방원인、약학부원인、비용문제、호리복무등원인。결론：통과가강용약교육，규범의사처방행위，합리용약，가강약사관리，증가편민조시，제고환자만의도，가강약물불량반응적감측여관리이급의보정책적리해화집행，능구유효감소약품상관의료규분적발생。
Objectives:To summary the causes and characteristic of drug related medical disputes and find out effectiveness preventive countermeasures by analyzing 254 drug related medical disputes. Methods:All medical disputes data from 2011 to 2013 (including complaints) were retrospectively analyzed in China-Japan Friendship Hospital. Results:In 3 years, the main causes of drug-related medical disputes could be showed in order:irrational drug use, patient, pharmaceutical department problems, drug cost and nursing services. Conclusions:Strengthening drug education, regulating the behavior of prescription and rational drug use, strengthening the management of pharmaceutical affairs, and increasing convenience measures, improving patient satisfaction, strengthening monitoring and management of adverse drug reactions as well as understanding and implementation of medical insurance policy can effectively reduce the incidence of drug-related medical dispute.
