目的:探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUTl)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和 Ki67在血管瘤和血管畸形中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2006-2010年新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院病理科皮肤增殖期血管瘤标本20例和软组织血管畸形标本40例,采用免疫组化 S-P 法检测 GLUT1、VEGF、Ki67蛋白在血管瘤和血管畸形中的表达。结果GLUT1和 Ki67在增殖期血管瘤组织中的阳性表达均较强,Ki67在血管畸形组织中仅见个别细胞表达,GLUT1在血管畸形组织中未见阳性表达,GLUTl 和 Ki67在血管瘤中的阳性表达率明显高于血管畸形,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。VEGF 在增殖期血管瘤中的表达也高于血管畸形,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论GLUT1、VEGF 和 Ki67在血管瘤中高表达,在血管畸形中低表达或不表达,可能有助于血管瘤和血管畸形的鉴别,其表达情况也为临床治疗血管病变提供了新思路。

목적:탐토포도당전운단백(GLUTl)、혈관내피세포생장인자(VEGF)화 Ki67재혈관류화혈관기형중적표체급기림상의의。방법수집2006-2010년신강의과대학부속종류의원병이과피부증식기혈관류표본20례화연조직혈관기형표본40례,채용면역조화 S-P 법검측 GLUT1、VEGF、Ki67단백재혈관류화혈관기형중적표체。결과GLUT1화 Ki67재증식기혈관류조직중적양성표체균교강,Ki67재혈관기형조직중부견개별세포표체,GLUT1재혈관기형조직중미견양성표체,GLUTl 화 Ki67재혈관류중적양성표체솔명현고우혈관기형,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。VEGF 재증식기혈관류중적표체야고우혈관기형,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론GLUT1、VEGF 화 Ki67재혈관류중고표체,재혈관기형중저표체혹불표체,가능유조우혈관류화혈관기형적감별,기표체정황야위림상치료혈관병변제공료신사로。
Objective To explore the expressions of glucose transporter (GLUTl),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and Ki67 protein in hemangioma and vascular malformation.Methods 20 speci-mens of skin proliferative hemangioma and 40 specimens of vascular malformation of soft tissues from De-partment of Pathology of Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University in 2006 - 2010 were collected to detect the expressions of GLUT1,VEGF,Ki67 protein by immunohistochemical method in hemangioma and vascular malformation.Results The expressions of GLUT1 and Ki67 protein were strongly positive in proliferation phase hemangioma; the expressions of Ki67 protein were only in individual cells in vascular malformation,with no positive expression of GLUT1 protein in vascular mal-formation.The positive expressions of GLUT1 and Ki67 protein in hemangioma were significantly higher than those in vascular malformation,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The expres-sion of VEGF protein in hemangioma was also higher than that in vascular malformation and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The expressions of GLUT1,VEGF and Ki67 protein are high in hemangioma,but low or absent in vascular malformation,which helps identify hemangioma and vascular malformation and provide new ideas for the treatment of hemangioma lesion.
