以氟化铵为矿化剂、四丙基溴化铵为模板剂,在负载晶种的钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)中空纤维支撑体表面合成了 MFI 型分子筛膜,并用于乙醇/水的分离;系统考察了氟硅比(nNH4F/nSiO2)、合成时间等条件对膜分离性能的影响,在nNH4F/nSiO2为0.8、合成时间为8 h下合成出高性能膜,其通量达8.2 kg·m?2·h?1、乙醇/水分离因子为47;同时研究了MFI型分子筛膜在乙醇/水体系中的分离稳定性,揭示出该方法所合成膜表面无Si—OH,从而避免了Si—OH与乙醇反应而带来膜分离性能的下降。
以氟化銨為礦化劑、四丙基溴化銨為模闆劑,在負載晶種的釔穩定氧化鋯(YSZ)中空纖維支撐體錶麵閤成瞭 MFI 型分子篩膜,併用于乙醇/水的分離;繫統攷察瞭氟硅比(nNH4F/nSiO2)、閤成時間等條件對膜分離性能的影響,在nNH4F/nSiO2為0.8、閤成時間為8 h下閤成齣高性能膜,其通量達8.2 kg·m?2·h?1、乙醇/水分離因子為47;同時研究瞭MFI型分子篩膜在乙醇/水體繫中的分離穩定性,揭示齣該方法所閤成膜錶麵無Si—OH,從而避免瞭Si—OH與乙醇反應而帶來膜分離性能的下降。

MFI zeolite membranes were synthesized on seeded yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) hollow fiber substrates by using ammonium fluoride as mineralizing agent and tetrapropylammonium bromide as template. The as-synthesized membranes were tested for separation of ethanol/water mixture. The influences ofnNH4F/nSiO2 ratio and synthesis time on separation performance were investigated. High-performance MFI zeolite membrane was synthesized atnNH4F/nSiO2=0.8 and synthesis time of 8 h, which showed a permeation flux of 8.2 kg·m?2·h?1 and ethanol/water separation factor of 47. The stability of MFI zeolite membranes in ethanol/water mixture was investigated. No Si—OH was detected on the surface of the as-synthesized MFI zeolite membranes, which could avoid decreased membrane separation performance by the reaction between Si—OH and ethanol.
