预应力管桩成桩质量好,承载力高,基础造价低,在江浙地区应用广泛。但在复杂地质情况下,特别是宁波软土地区,极易出现管桩偏位、断桩、斜桩等现象。结合工程实例,分析了预应力管桩产生偏位的原因,介绍了预应力管桩偏位的处理方法:准确测量偏位情况、低应变动测确定桩身损伤情况、根据管桩偏位及损伤情况采用针对性的处理措施如管桩内芯放钢筋笼灌芯加固处理以及承台地梁加强和补桩等。

The prestressed pipe pile has a variety of desired characteristics such as high bearing capacity, low cost and good quality, and has an extensive use in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area. But in the most case of complex ground, especially if it’ s in the soft soil of Ningbo, the concrete pile has the tendency to being deviated, broken and sloped when hammered. Based on an engineering example, the reason of sloping prestressed pipe piles and the treatment measures are given. First of all, the sloping condition of each pile should be made clearly, then the damaged position of each pile is found out using low strain dynamic tests, and finally treatment measures are put forward, such as placing reinforcement cage and pouring concrete in the cores of piles, strengthening through cushion caps and grade beams and adding bored piles.
