在具有高灵敏性、触变性和蠕变特征的深厚软弱土层中进行地下连续墙的施工,孔壁的松弛效应将导致深层土体发生位移,从而对周边建筑物产生不良影响。结合南京地铁某车站的实际情况,在分析评估总体变形的基础上,提出了墙外采用注浆改善土体,隔离桩阻止滑动的保护措施,坑内进行增加封堵墙和临时支撑的技术措施。

When construction diaphragm wall in deep and thick soft soil with a high sensitivity, thixotropic and creep characteristics, the relaxation effect of the hole walls will lead to deeper soil displacement, resulting in adverse effects on the surrounding buildings. Based on conditions of Nanjing subway station, the protection measure of grouting at outside of the diaphragm wall and isolation piles to prevent the slide, and increasing block walls and temporary supports in foundation excavation are pointed out based on analyzing and evaluating the collectivity deformation.
