针对紧邻地铁隧道区间群深基坑中三坑相连、深坑居中且先浅后深的非常规开挖工况进行研究。提出4个施工措施保证此开挖工况基坑的安全可控:在深基坑地下连续墙周边增设观测井监控地下连续墙的止水效果,并作应急抽水之用;沿地铁隧道区间成排设置回灌井作为地铁隧道保护措施;在深基坑靠近住宅一侧设置回灌井保护房屋结构;对浅基坑已完成底板以下与深基坑共地下连续墙可能出现的渗漏,拟采用在坑外结构楼板加固区、底板上预留上下贯通排孔,阿特拉斯注浆机钻杆通过排孔直接插入底板下土体成孔注浆的方法,保证基坑内外水土的平衡稳定。

The content of this article aimed at proposing methods against the interval group in deep foundation excavation close to subway tunnel which are connected three excavation and the excavation of irregular condition in center that are first light after deep. At the same time, there are four protective measures in order to keep the security excavation and controllable conditions of the foundation excavation:firstly putting up an additional observation wells outside the excavation in order to observe sealing effect of the retention wall; secondly setting up arranged in a row along the intervals of subway tunnel as the protection measures of subway tunnel;thirdly setting up recharge wells near the residential side to protect the housing structure;at last for the diaphragm wall leakage under the shallow graves has completed the backplane board, more methods are used in order to ensure that confined water in and outside foundation excavation are balanced and steady like outside structure of floor, reserving linking up and down hole on the backplane board, Atlas note pulp drill rod directly inserting into geotechnical holes in the backplane to note syrup.
