针对某风洞消声室结构施工中,结构剪力墙较高,墙体垂直度要求高及结构施工前室内大型设备已安装,无法从地面搭设满堂脚手架作为梁板模板支撑等施工难题,提出了高大剪力墙施工精度控制技术和现浇梁板无地面支撑可测可控支撑体系施工技术,通过该技术顺利解决了施工难题。
針對某風洞消聲室結構施工中,結構剪力牆較高,牆體垂直度要求高及結構施工前室內大型設備已安裝,無法從地麵搭設滿堂腳手架作為樑闆模闆支撐等施工難題,提齣瞭高大剪力牆施工精度控製技術和現澆樑闆無地麵支撐可測可控支撐體繫施工技術,通過該技術順利解決瞭施工難題。

During the construction of the muffler room of a wind tunnel, the standard of the squareness for the high shear walls is strict. Full scaffold framing can’ t be applied to support the mould boards for the beams and plates because of the large?scale equipment installed before the construction. Based on above problems, the technologies of the accuracy controlling for the high shear walls and the determinable and controllable framing for the mould boards for the beams and plates were proposed. And the problems are solved.
