云南省地处民族地区，有较丰富的中医药资源，但由于现代西方医学的迅猛发展，中医中药由于其理论的深奥和高水平临床医生的缺乏等原因，特别是县级中医院人才培养落后，大大影响了中医药的应用与发展。本文通过调研云南省县级中医院，分析县级中医院人才培养现状，提出县级中医药人才的培养目标必须要适应社会需求，体现多层次多种类的特点，适应县级医疗水平的需要，还要突出中医特色。
운남성지처민족지구，유교봉부적중의약자원，단유우현대서방의학적신맹발전，중의중약유우기이론적심오화고수평림상의생적결핍등원인，특별시현급중의원인재배양락후，대대영향료중의약적응용여발전。본문통과조연운남성현급중의원，분석현급중의원인재배양현상，제출현급중의약인재적배양목표필수요괄응사회수구，체현다층차다충류적특점，괄응현급의료수평적수요，환요돌출중의특색。
Yunnan province is located in ethnic minority regions in China,it has rich resources of traditional Chinese medicine. But due to the rapid development of modern western medicine,theoretical depth of Chinese medicine,and the county hospital of Chinese medicine personnel training is backward, affected the traditional Chinese medicine lag behind deeply. Through the investigation of Yunnan County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, we advise , the training goal of the talents Chinese medicine,should match the needs of the society, adapt to the needs of the medical level, but also highlight the Chinese madicine characteristics.
