目的：通过探讨风湿病中医的致病机制，旨在为临床根本治疗风湿病并提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法选择2013年1月～2014年1月接受治疗的风湿病患者46例，根据患者的临床资料和病情统计分析风湿病的病机。结果风湿病的发病机制主要是气虚血亏、脏脏虚衰、阴阳失调、气血不通、劳逸失度等有关。结论风湿病病因是虚邪瘀所致，正虚、邪侵、淤血，其中正气与邪气作用并结合气血不通导致风湿病发展加重。
目的：通過探討風濕病中醫的緻病機製，旨在為臨床根本治療風濕病併提高患者生活質量提供理論依據。方法選擇2013年1月～2014年1月接受治療的風濕病患者46例，根據患者的臨床資料和病情統計分析風濕病的病機。結果風濕病的髮病機製主要是氣虛血虧、髒髒虛衰、陰暘失調、氣血不通、勞逸失度等有關。結論風濕病病因是虛邪瘀所緻，正虛、邪侵、淤血，其中正氣與邪氣作用併結閤氣血不通導緻風濕病髮展加重。
목적：통과탐토풍습병중의적치병궤제，지재위림상근본치료풍습병병제고환자생활질량제공이론의거。방법선택2013년1월～2014년1월접수치료적풍습병환자46례，근거환자적림상자료화병정통계분석풍습병적병궤。결과풍습병적발병궤제주요시기허혈우、장장허쇠、음양실조、기혈불통、로일실도등유관。결론풍습병병인시허사어소치，정허、사침、어혈，기중정기여사기작용병결합기혈불통도치풍습병발전가중。
Objective The pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine for rheumatism,clinical fundamental treatment of rheumatism and provide a theoretical basis to improve the quality of life of the patients. Methods 46 patients with rheumatic diseases in 2013 January-2014 year in January for treatment of patients, according to the patient's clinical data and statistical analysis the pathogenesis of rheumatic disease. Results The pathogenesis of rheumatic disease is mainly Qi and blood deficiency, dirty deficiency and imbalance of yin and Yang,Qi and blood impassability,Lao Yishi etc. Conclusion Rheumatism causes is caused by deficiency and stasis,is false,evil invasion,congestion,the justice and the evil influence with blood impassability lead development aggravate rheumatism.
