目的：探讨十二指肠癌患的超声诊断影像表现及价值。方法对2013年6月～2014年6月收治的21例超声图像特点进行分析。结果21例十二指肠癌患者经超声诊断，位置：胰头7例，壶腹周围4例，胆总管末端4例，胆总管扩张3例，右肾于轻度积水1例，无明为显阳性必变2例。结论对十二指肠的超声诊断较大的肿物能清晰明确诊断。
目的：探討十二指腸癌患的超聲診斷影像錶現及價值。方法對2013年6月～2014年6月收治的21例超聲圖像特點進行分析。結果21例十二指腸癌患者經超聲診斷，位置：胰頭7例，壺腹週圍4例，膽總管末耑4例，膽總管擴張3例，右腎于輕度積水1例，無明為顯暘性必變2例。結論對十二指腸的超聲診斷較大的腫物能清晰明確診斷。
목적：탐토십이지장암환적초성진단영상표현급개치。방법대2013년6월～2014년6월수치적21례초성도상특점진행분석。결과21례십이지장암환자경초성진단，위치：이두7례，호복주위4례，담총관말단4례，담총관확장3례，우신우경도적수1례，무명위현양성필변2례。결론대십이지장적초성진단교대적종물능청석명학진단。
Objective The ultrasonic manifestation and its value of duodenal cancer to be investigated. Methods Analyzing ultrasonography diagnosis of 21 cases of patients with duodenal cancer who are treated in hospital fromm June 2013 to June 2014. Results With ultrasonography diagnosis,7 cases out of 21 cases of duodenal cancer are positioned as pancreatic and 4 cases are periampul ary,and 4 cases are positioned at the end of the bile duct,and 3 cases are diagnosed as bile duct dilation,and what is more,one case of patient is diagnosed as mild hydrocephalus in right kidney,and 2 cases would turn into be positive. Conclusion The relative huge tumor in duodenal cancer can be clearly diagnosed with the aid of ultrasonography.
