目的：探讨运用品管圈活动督导护士规范执行静脉治疗护理技术操作对提高临床静脉留置针使用质量的效果。方法2013年11月成立品管圈小组，以《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范（WS/T433-2013）》为蓝本，对临床留置针使用现状进行调查，分析影响留置针使用质量的因素，设定目标、拟定对策并实施。结果开展品管圈活动后，留置针异常拔管率由34．13％下降至7．69％（P＜0．01），留置时间由（33．57±15．24）h延长至（86．54±12．47）h，静脉炎、堵管、外渗等并发症发生率低于活动前，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）；且圈员的个人素质修养、责任心、团队合作能力、品管圈手法掌握程度、积极性及解决问题的能力均有不同程度的提高。结论运用品管圈活动督导护士静脉治疗护理技术操作标准的规范执行，可以提升团队精神，有效提高留置针的使用质量和护理水平。
목적：탐토운용품관권활동독도호사규범집행정맥치료호리기술조작대제고림상정맥류치침사용질량적효과。방법2013년11월성립품관권소조，이《정맥치료호리기술조작규범（WS/T433-2013）》위람본，대림상류치침사용현상진행조사，분석영향류치침사용질량적인소，설정목표、의정대책병실시。결과개전품관권활동후，류치침이상발관솔유34．13％하강지7．69％（P＜0．01），류치시간유（33．57±15．24）h연장지（86．54±12．47）h，정맥염、도관、외삼등병발증발생솔저우활동전，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0．05）；차권원적개인소질수양、책임심、단대합작능력、품관권수법장악정도、적겁성급해결문제적능력균유불동정도적제고。결론운용품관권활동독도호사정맥치료호리기술조작표준적규범집행，가이제승단대정신，유효제고류치침적사용질량화호리수평。
Objective To discuss the application effect of QCC activity supervising nurses to strictly follow the instructions of industry standards in improving the usage quality of clinical intravenous indwelling needles.Methods Setting up the QCC group in November 2011,and taking the “Operating Specifications for Nursing Skills of Intravenous Treatment (WS/T433-2013)”as the blueprint,investigate the present situation of clinical use of indwelling needle,analyze the influencing factors,set goals,formulate measures and implement it.Results After conducting quality control circle activities,the abnormal removing rate of indwelling needle was dropped from 34.13% to7.69%(P<0.01),and the indwelling time was increased from (33.57±15.24)h to (86.54±12.47)h.The incidence rate of phlebitis,plugged pipe,exosmosis,and other complications were lower than before activities (all P>0.05 ).The individual quality of group members,sense of responsibility,team-work ability,QCC mastery degree,enthusiasm and problem solving ability were all improved in certain degree.Conclusion The application of QCC in supervising the standard implementation of operating specifications for nursing skills of intravenous treatment can enhance team-work and improve the use quality of indwelling needles and nursing quality.
