目的：探讨脑静脉血栓形成患者对症治疗及病因治疗。方法选取2012年1月至2014年6月收治的36例脑静脉血栓形成患者对症治疗及病因治疗资料进行分析。结果经治疗好转29例，放弃治疗5例，效果不佳2例。结论 CVT患者最主要的症状是颅内压增高，颅内压增高的治疗应个体化，同时需采用综合治疗。
목적：탐토뇌정맥혈전형성환자대증치료급병인치료。방법선취2012년1월지2014년6월수치적36례뇌정맥혈전형성환자대증치료급병인치료자료진행분석。결과경치료호전29례，방기치료5례，효과불가2례。결론 CVT환자최주요적증상시로내압증고，로내압증고적치료응개체화，동시수채용종합치료。
Objective Symptom analysis and etiological treatment for patients with cerebral venous thrombosis are to be discussed. Methods Symptomatic treatment and etiological treatment data of 36 patients with cerebral venous thrombosis treated from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected for analysis. Results 29 patients recovered,5 patients gave up treatment and 2 patients were ineffective after treatment.
