    目的：探讨上消化道双原发癌的内窥镜检查及临床特点。方法回顾性分析20例上消化道双原发癌的内窥镜检查及临床资料。结果20例上消化道双原发癌临床表现主要为咽部异物感、进行性吞咽困难、上腹部隐痛和闷胀不适等症状。结论食管中段、下段、胃窦处是上消化道双原发癌的主要发生部位，内窥镜检查需要认真注意观察。
    목적：탐토상소화도쌍원발암적내규경검사급림상특점。방법회고성분석20례상소화도쌍원발암적내규경검사급림상자료。결과20례상소화도쌍원발암림상표현주요위인부이물감、진행성탄인곤난、상복부은통화민창불괄등증상。결론식관중단、하단、위두처시상소화도쌍원발암적주요발생부위，내규경검사수요인진주의관찰。
    Objective To investigate the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and clinical characteristics of double primary lung cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and clinical data of double primary lung cancer. Results The clinical manifestations of 20 cases of upper gastrointestinal double primary lung cancer are mainly pharyngeal foreign body sensation,progressive dysphagia,upper abdomen ache and MenZhang discomfort and other symptoms;Conclusion Middle and lower esophagus,gastric antrum is the main location,double primary lung cancer of upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy to observe careful y.
