干燥综合征(SS)是一种以外分泌腺受累为主要表现的慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,其确切的发病机制仍不清楚,可能涉及到淋巴细胞、内皮细胞和腺上皮细胞之间广泛而又复杂的相互作用,神经内分泌参与并影响免疫反应.细胞在应激状态下可释放催乳素、热休克蛋白70参与自身免疫性疾病的发生和发展.催乳素和热休克蛋白70作为神经-内分泌-免疫网络中的成员在SS唇腺局部发病中的作用备受关注.

Sj（o）gren's syndrome (SS) is a kind of exocrine gland involvement as the main manifestation of chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease,its exact pathogenesis remains unclear,may involve lymphocytes,endothelial cells and epithelial cells extensive and complex interactions between neuroendocrine participate in and influence the immune response.Cells under stress can release prolactin (prolactin,PRL),heat shock protein 70 (heat shock protein 70,HSP70) involved in autoimmune diseases and development.Prolactin and heat shock protein 70 as a nerve-endocrine-immune network members,which the SS salivary glands of the pathogenesis of local concern.This paper will present recent research on this and make a review.
