骨质疏松作为一种全身性的骨代谢疾病，因其高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率日渐成为一个全球性公共健康问题。近年来，科研人员积极研究安全有效的抗骨质疏松治疗新方法。随着对骨代谢机制和骨生物学进一步的认识，由此发现的新靶点，开发的新药物都为骨质疏松症的治疗打开了新的局面，本文将对其研究进展做一综述。

Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone disease, and has gradually become a global public health problem due to its high incidence, morbidity, and mortality.Recently, many efforts have been tried to find more efficient and safer methods for anti-osteoporosis treatment.Along with the further understanding into bone metabolism and biology, several novel osteoporosis targets and drugs have been developed, which have opened up a favorable new situation for the treatment of osteoporosis.This paper reviews the advances in the treatment of osteoporosis.
