社会主义核心价值观的公众传播广度、深度、速度、恒度等效度目标的实现，在传统媒体领域保持了深度和恒度的优势，暴露了广度和速度的劣势，而新媒体环境的形成有助于传统媒体和新媒体在传播效度优势、劣势上的互补。因此，要促进两类媒体的融合，保障新媒体公众传播平台软、硬件条件建设，加强新媒体公众传播从业人员队伍建设，构建并不断优化社会主义核心价值观新媒体公众传播效度的评估体系，从而实现新媒体环境下社会主义核心价值观公众传播效度的提升。

The achievement of Public communication validity goal such as width,depth,speed and persistence of socialist core values remains the advantage in depth and persistence in the traditional media field,and also reveals the disadvantage in width and speed which can be complemented by the formation of new media.Therefore,it requires the combination of these two types of media,software and hardware development of new media public communication platform,enhancement of new media public communication employees'team building,and the construction and gradual optimization of socialist core values validity evaluation system to realize the promotion of the socialist core values public communication validity.
