The plastic box and cover are the important support components of the transmis-sion mechanism of the new type glass elevator in the car.The accuracy of the hole location of the box and cover makes effects on the performance and precision of the transmission mechanism .The box and cover are required to be assembled with the imported samples.Ac-cording to the analysis of the molding trace and the structure of the sample,the injection mould of box and cover are determined.It is proved that the products are consistent with the samples and meet the requirements to assemble with the imported parts.
