传统门板中部插件为获得柔软效果,通常采用手工包覆及低压注塑工艺。手工包覆工序繁杂、不环保;低压注塑工艺面料利用率低,同时需要低压注塑设备,设备投入大。针对以上2种工艺的缺点,开发了面料尺寸与制件大小相当,且使用常压注塑机预裁软质小面料常压合模注塑技术(Precutting small soft skin close mould tech-nology ,PC3 S)制备门板中部插件。介绍了PC3 S工艺的注塑模具材质要求和模具结构特点。实践表明,该工艺可以制备手感与传统手工包覆相似的软化效果的门板中部插件,生产成本大大降低,且生产工艺节能环保。
傳統門闆中部插件為穫得柔軟效果,通常採用手工包覆及低壓註塑工藝。手工包覆工序繁雜、不環保;低壓註塑工藝麵料利用率低,同時需要低壓註塑設備,設備投入大。針對以上2種工藝的缺點,開髮瞭麵料呎吋與製件大小相噹,且使用常壓註塑機預裁軟質小麵料常壓閤模註塑技術(Precutting small soft skin close mould tech-nology ,PC3 S)製備門闆中部插件。介紹瞭PC3 S工藝的註塑模具材質要求和模具結構特點。實踐錶明,該工藝可以製備手感與傳統手工包覆相似的軟化效果的門闆中部插件,生產成本大大降低,且生產工藝節能環保。

Traditional middle insert of door panel is often produced by manual wrapping and low pressure injection to obtain the soft feel.However,manual wrapping is complicated and not environmentally friendly,while the low pressure injection needs large size fabric with low utility rate.Moreover,the special equipment with low injection pressure is required, which needs large investments.To deal with the shortcomings of the above two processes, we propose a process called precutting small soft skin close mould technology (PC3S)which takes fabrics with similar size to the part and uses normal pressure injection machine.In this paper,the characteristics and the injection tool material requirements are introduced.This process can produce the middle insert which has the similar soft feel as traditional manual wrapping products.It can also greatly reduce the cost,save the energy and protect the envi-ronment.
