将矿井防灭火与降温工作协同研究,开展灾害防治技术与装备研究。设计了液氮防灭火、降温一体化装备,确定了液氮用量的计算原则。在羊场湾煤矿进行了工业性试验,系统运行期间,综采工作面进风流温度可降低9℃,综采工作面温度可降低6℃左右,经空冷器汽化后的氮气温度低于8℃,氮气浓度超99.99%,与机械制氮相比具有温度低、浓度高的优点,工作面上隅角 CO 浓度始终保持在0.0002%以下,采空区三带范围明显缩短,工作面降温及防灭火效果显著。

The technology and equipment for disaster prevention were studied on the basis of coordination of fire prevention and cooling in coal mine.The integrated equipment with functions of fire prevention by liquid nitrogen injection and cooling was designed,and the calculation princi-ple of liquid nitrogen amount was determined.The industrial test in Yangchangwan Coal Mine was succeeded.The results showed that the temperatures of air intake and the fully mechanized working face reduced by 9℃ and 6℃,respectively.The temperature of gasified nitrogen after the air cooler was lower than 8℃,and the nitrogen concentration was over 99.99 %,characterized with low temperature and high concentration in comparison to the mechanical nitrogen-generating system.The concentration of CO in the upper corner at working face was consistently below 0.0002%,and the range of three zones in goaf was significantly reduced,suggesting remarkable cooling and fire extinguishing effect at working surface.
