王坡煤矿二采区变电所区域巷道群布置密集,应力复杂,巷道间的掘进动压影响导致永久硐室与巷道变形严重。分析了变电所区域集中带式输送机巷变形原因,提出在集中带式输送机巷采用高预应力强力锚杆支护系统。工程实践表明该支护系统有效地控制了巷道的变形,能够满足矿井安全生产的需要,取得了良好的技术经济效益。

Roadway group intensive arrangement,complex stress distribution and excavation dynamic pressure influence in substation area of stope No.2 of Wangpo coal mine lead to severe deformation of permanent chambers and roadways.In this paper,deformation reason of center-conveyor roadway in substation was analyzed,and high pre-tension bolting system was proposed. Engineering practice indicated that the bolting system effectively controlled the deformation of roadway,met the needs of mine production safety and gained great technical and economic benefits.
