根据伊犁一矿煤岩体物理力学性能和现场监测数据,分析了弱胶结软岩巷道围岩变形特征及其主要支护难点,进而提出了强刚弱柔、刚柔优化、快速封闭的支护对策,即巷道开巷初期及时封闭围岩,在锚网联合支护施工后进行喷浆,变形严重的巷道段施工 U型支架和锁棚锚杆(索)。3#煤层带式输送机下山试验段巷道监测数据表明,该方法可较好地控制该类软岩巷道围岩的变形,有效维持了巷道的长期稳定。

Based on the physical and mechanical properties of coal-rock mass and the field monitoring data,the deformation characteristics and supporting difficulties of weak-cemented soft-rock roadway are analyzed. And then the support scheme is put forward including strengthe-ning rigidity & weakening gentleness,optimizing rigidity & gentleness,and rapid sealing,that is,to seal the surrounding rock timely during the initial stage of excavation,to grout after the construction of bolt-mesh support,and to set U-shaped support and locking-shed anchor in seri-ously-deformed roadway. The monitoring data from the dip test section in roadway with belt-con-veyor in 3# seam shows that the method can control the surrounding rock deformation in soft-rock roadway and effectively maintain long-term stability of the roadway.
