基于对资产支持证券组成要素的认识和分析，构建煤炭资源资产证券化结构模型并对模型内容进行了具体的描述。最后提出了煤炭资源资产证券化的运作流程并做了案例分析，为实践中应用资产证券化方法解决我国煤炭资源开发利用融资策略问题提供参考。

This paper first built the structure model for coal resources asset-backed securiti-zation based on the understanding of asset-backed security,then gave specific description of the module function. Finally,the author put forward the operation process of coal resources asset-backed securitization and took an example to provide a reference for solving the practical applica-tion questions in financing strategy of development and utilization for coal resources.
