针对矿用注浆封堵材料的缺点,如黄泥灌浆材料容易产生裂缝,堵漏风效果差,罗克休、膨胀水泥等材料价格昂贵、含挥发性溶剂,对人体有毒害作用,研制出一种新型的注浆堵漏材料,该材料以水泥为基料,添加减缩剂、聚丙烯纤维、水玻璃、增稠剂。通过试验测试了不同水固比下浆体的粘度、流动度、凝结时间、结石率等性能参数,并利用电镜扫描对浆体的微观结构进行观察,进而确定最佳水固比。研究结果表明,抑制煤炭自然发火注浆堵漏材料的最佳水固比为1:1.4;当聚丙烯纤维的掺量为0.25%,水玻璃的掺量为2.5%时,结石体的微观结构紧致,裂隙较小,满足堵漏风材料的要求。
針對礦用註漿封堵材料的缺點,如黃泥灌漿材料容易產生裂縫,堵漏風效果差,囉剋休、膨脹水泥等材料價格昂貴、含揮髮性溶劑,對人體有毒害作用,研製齣一種新型的註漿堵漏材料,該材料以水泥為基料,添加減縮劑、聚丙烯纖維、水玻璃、增稠劑。通過試驗測試瞭不同水固比下漿體的粘度、流動度、凝結時間、結石率等性能參數,併利用電鏡掃描對漿體的微觀結構進行觀察,進而確定最佳水固比。研究結果錶明,抑製煤炭自然髮火註漿堵漏材料的最佳水固比為1:1.4;噹聚丙烯纖維的摻量為0.25%,水玻璃的摻量為2.5%時,結石體的微觀結構緊緻,裂隙較小,滿足堵漏風材料的要求。

Considering the shortcomings of mine grouting plugging material, such as yellow mud grouting material is easy to produce cracks and the effect of plugging wind is poor; Luo Kexiu, expansive cement and other materials are expensive and contains volatile solvent which is toxic to the human body, a kind of grouting material based on cement added with shrinkage-reducing agent, polypropylene fiber, sodium silicate and thickener etc.was devel-oped.The viscosity, fluidity, setting time, the rate of stone and other performance parameters were tested under different water solid ratios of slurry by experiments, in addition by using the electron microscope, the microscopic structure of slurry was scanned, then the best water solid ratio of slurry material was determined.It showed that the best water solid ratio of grouting plugging materials for inhibition of coal spontaneous combustion is 1:1.4.When the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.25%, and that of sodium silicate is 2.5%, the microscopic structure of stone body is compact, and its crack is small, which can meet the requirements of material for plugging the wind.
