对照4F级机场跑道建设对沥青材料的质量要求，以辽河低凝稠油和委内瑞拉马瑞原油为原料，开发了4F级机场跑道AB-70专用沥青生产技术。生产的产品在具有较好的低温性能的同时，还具有较好的高温性能和改性性能，满足昆明新机场4F 级机场跑道建设的要求并成功应用，为民航系统新建沥青混凝土跑道选择沥青材料标准的制定奠定了基础。

In order to meet the quality requirements of asphalt materials for construction of the 4F level airport runway, the production technology of AB-70 dedicated asphalt for the 4F level airport runway has been developed with Liaohe low freezing point heavy oil and Venezuelan Meray crude oil as raw materials. The products have good low temperature performance, excellent high temperature performance and modification properties. The products can meet the 4F level airport runway construction requirements of Kunming Changshui International Airport. The technology can lay a foundation for the formulation of selection standard of asphalt materials for new asphalt concrete runway in civil aviation systems.
