ZnO作为优良的半导体材料,其纳米材料(如纳米线、纳米棒等)在光、电、磁等方面因具有独特的性能而被广泛的应用于各个领域,因此,纳米ZnO的制备在近些年得到充分的发展,主要的制备方法分为固相法、液相法和气相法三大类。就气相法和液相法中常用的几种方法进行研究进展分析,指出每类方法的优势和存在问题,并对纳米ZnO制备技术的发展趋势进行展望。

ZnO is an excellent semiconductor material; its nanomaterials (such as nanowires, nanorods and so on) have been widely used in various fields because of its unique properties in optical, electronic, and magnetic and other aspects. Therefore, preparation methods of nanometer ZnO have been fully developed in recent years, and these preparation methods include solid phase method, liquid phase method and gas-phase method. In this paper, research progress in several usual methods in gas-phase method and liquid phase method was analyzed, advantages and existing problems of each method were discussed, and development trend of nanometer ZnO preparation technology was prospected.
